Don Patricio is a singer and rapper from El Hierro born in La Caleta, known for bringing Canarian trap and urban pop to national prominence through Contando lunares and other collaborations.

Early life

Patricio Martín Díaz was born on 9 February 1993 in La Caleta, El Hierro. A Canarian trap singer, he began making music at the age of fourteen and was part of Locoplaya alongside Bejo and Uge. His works include El reguetón está pa allá, Don Papaya, Enchochado de ti and La Dura Vida del Joven Rapero, as well as his collaboration with Bizarrap and the popular Contando lunares.

Historical role

He is among the Herreño names with international recognition and his first song went viral on social media. Contando lunares won the 2020 Premio Odeón, and Nuestra playa eres tú brought him together with Bejo and Jorge Pérez Quintero.
