Music career
Rosana learned music from childhood in Lanzarote, with a first guitar at the age of five and songs of her own from an early age. At twenty she moved to Madrid to study solfège and guitar. Before publishing as a performer, Fuego y miel, composed by Rosana and performed by Esmeralda Grao, won the Benidorm Festival in 1994. In 1996 she recorded Lunas rotas after sending a demo to MCA Records; it was the album that projected her internationally, with songs such as El talismán, A fuego lento and Si tú no estás.
