Eva Ruiz Ibáñez is a Lanzarote-born singer and songwriter associated with contemporary pop, R&B and soul. Her artistic work combines songwriting and performance with acting in audiovisual productions.
Born in Lanzarote, she began studying piano and writing songs in childhood. She took part in television and music competitions before establishing an early professional career in Madrid, where she developed original material shaped by R&B, soul and pop.
In 2015 she introduced the single Qué has hecho con mi vida, and in 2016 she released the album 11 vidas, which included collaborations with Sergio Dalma and Iván Torres. In subsequent years she continued issuing songs and developed songwriting increasingly linked to her experiences and Canarian identity.
Her work expanded into audiovisual production with Culpa mía, released in 2023, for whose soundtrack she performed Ahora que puedo. In 2025 she released Quiero contarte with Maikel Delacalle for the Culpa tuya soundtrack, and in 2026 presented the album Agua Salada.
