Pop and indie pop group
Última Llave is a Gran Canaria pop project born in Arucas that has connected the island circuit with institutional venues, music radio and collaborations in contemporary Spanish pop.
The Canary Islands Government places Última Llave’s origin in Arucas in 2012 and highlights Beatriz Pérez as the band’s voice and identity. Las Palmas de Gran Canaria City Council documents the 2022 presentation of the album 20 · 22 at Edificio Miller and a line-up with Beatriz Pérez, Adrián Marrero, Enrique Pérez and Javi Ramírez. Teatro Guiniguada had already programmed the presentation of Buen Viaje in 2017 after the show Eres Tú.
Their importance lies in representing a recent path for Canarian pop: groups born in island municipalities, growing through public venues, regional charts and platforms, and later entering national conversations about the music industry. In 2026 the Canary Islands Government presented them alongside Belice as references for the archipelago’s indie and pop sound within ConCierto Paliqueo.
Their repertory combines current pop with touches of classic Spanish pop. Sources highlight Beatriz Pérez’s versatile voice, emotional lyrics and energetic live shows. The band itself has called part of its proposal rock-manticismo, understood as a mixture of emotional stories, rhythm and stage force.
Última Llave transmits its work through concerts in public venues such as Teatro Guiniguada, Edificio Miller and Espacio La Granja, as well as platforms and music radio. This path shows how new Canarian bands combine institutional support, self-production, digital audiences and participation in discussion cycles on the music industry.
The project emerges in Gran Canaria with Beatriz Pérez as lead voice.
