Alternative rock group
Mento is a Tenerife alternative-rock band documented by Canarias Crea, with a career of more than a decade and a notable stage around the album Oxímorón.
The Canary Islands Government documents Mento in 2014 through the Canarias Crea mobility programme. The note presents it as a Tenerife rock group with more than a decade of activity, invited to Madrid’s Sala Sirocco to present Oxímorón. That work is described as the first record made outside the islands and as a release formed by the EPs Asfixia and Respira.
